ALICE Transnational Project Meeting 2 in Târgu Ziu Romania
Partners of the ALICE project met on 17th and 18th March 2026 in Târgu Ziu, Romania to discuss upcoming project activities. During the two-day TPM, partners discussed project management, capacity building development to tackle poverty through sport, the piloting of the ALICE model in rural and marginalized urban areas, as well as communication, dissemination and relevant project activities in the upcoming months.
The discussions focused on the content of the Capacity Building Programme, which aims to strengthen the capacities of sports professionals and organisations that work with children at risk of poverty and social exclusion through sport. The online international capacity building training and local capacity building workshops were scheduled for the upcoming months and preparation activities for the ALICE trucks and the sportful programmes were also discussed in order to ensure smooth project implementation.
